Soulful R&B singer-songwriter and Air Force Airman, Phe R.E.D.S. hails from Seattle. He is also a competitive Bboy and has independently released various mixtape projects before joining H1GHR Music. Phe's debut project with H1GHR, "Smile" is his first project under the direction of his new label and Jay Park.
