Facebook Messenger launched in April 2016 – propelling a growing explosion of chatbots. These bots offer a range of interactions and services – from gaming personas like the Call of Duty Lt Reyes to AI financial assistants like Trim or the rise of personal bot platforms like Olabot. As developers and designers we’re being forced to reconsider interaction models, manage platform risk, and lead users into a new conversational paradigm. These speakers will discuss what they’ve learned as bot creators and share best practices for building on the Facebook Messenger platform.
