Recapitulation is the formal process of reflecting on experiences that have had a positive and negative impact in our lives. Using meditation and writing exercises, we will let go of our excess baggage and anything subtly standing in the way of our goals. We will list the accomplishments and moments of conflict and release them clearing the way for renewed intentions and goals. What would we like to bring forth into our lives? How do we envision a life of clarity and wellness?
