Matt & Rosie from the feature documentary Barbecue discuss how they negotiated geographical, diplomatic, technical and language barriers to connect with the story in locations as varied as the steppes of Mongolia and a refugee camp in Jordan, weaving a narrative that criss-crosses the globe. They also spill the beans on some of the great (and not so great) barbecue they experienced along the way...
