Design as Service: Coaching at Capital One
Ask someone about their relationship to money, and they’ll probably respond “it’s complicated”. At Capital One, we want to empower people to feel more confident in their relationship with money. That’s why we’re designing services that help people get to know their money and make the most of it, using the tools of design to visualize and make sense of complexity, create insight, and change what’s possible. This panel will explore how design methods can be applied one-on-one with customers to create insights and connections that are beneficial to everyone. You’ll hear from Money Coaches and Designers who collaborated to build relationships between our customers and their money through our new Money Coaching offering, a first-of-its-kind free, personalized service that helps people visualize their ideal financial situation, identify goals and build a road map to achieve them.
