How Hackathons Transform Students
This session requires RSVP, and access will only be available to badge types listed under “Primary Access.”
Hack Arizona is one the largest hackathons in the Southwest where over 900 students and 25 sponsoring organizations come together for a weekend of agile software and hardware projects.
In this workshop, part of the core organizing team for Hack Arizona will discuss how collegiate hackathons are shaping students to be more creative, daring and innovative and why its important for the modern workforce to pay attention to the trend. As more students enter the workforce they will bring with them the skills gained from hackathons to the workplace. The Hack Arizona team will discuss how you can tap into this trend to supercharge your entry-level employees and create faster and more effective millennial teams.
