Christopher Bostick, owner of Half Step Bar, has had a unique upbringing into the world of cocktails and culture. As a mentee of the late Sasha Petraske, founder of Milk and Honey in NYC, Bostick has continued Petraske's traditions by bringing them home to the south. Petraske always said, "cocktails are meant to be talked about, but to be experienced." Bostick will discuss how he and others like him have take then to heart and provided a rebirth of the cocktail experience, illuminating more than the taste but the look and feel of the beverage.
