Pearl is a culinary and cultural destination in San Antonio. As a dynamic and evolving environment, Pearl is committed to stewardship and learning. At the most southern end of the Pearl is the newly redeveloped 19th century brewery called Hotel Emma. Hugh Daschbach will discuss how this redevelopment was the perfect opportunity for culinary, craft and culture to collide in San Antonio. Daschbach will discuss the process of redevelopment, through design to execution of the vision that was Hotel Emma.
