Join this session as speakers explore the new threat of holding a ship for ransom with a laptop and innovative methods being utilized by the Navy to protect commercial maritime shipping networks. See a real time ‘maritime cyber testbed’ which is a working model of the networked systems in a typical ship, used by Booz Allen at Hackathons to allow the community to try out exploits and test mitigations. This session will discuss solutions such as multi-sensor data fusion, integration of systems, and machine learning.
