Before you can optimize your marketing and customer acquisition strategy, you need to have a system set up to measure that process and see the results of changes you make. This workshop will introduce you to the tools, processes, and strategies that we’ve used with Serval Ventures' Data Lab, where we use data science tools and experimentation to help our companies grow.
What we’ll cover will be relevant to both B2B and B2C companies in a variety of industries. This session will focus mainly on web-based tools (website analytics, cookie data, survey tools,etc), but the techniques discussed are also relevant to offline sales funnels as well.
