In this Intelligent Future presentation, Andrew Moore, dean of Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science, explores Artificial Intelligence that’s coming, the state of our educational preparedness, and what we can–and MUST–do today to create a generation that’s well-prepared for a world where massive AI is certain, and will be everywhere. Current trends in education and employment will lead to a world with greatly increased inequity between those educated to create in an AI-driven world and those who will merely be consumers. Everyone needs to be able to live with these systems, use them to our best advantage, and create the AI systems of the future.
