This Young Moment: Designing for Hyperrealtime
There has always been a correlation between technology and the human experience of time. For example, the advent of the train led to the emergence of time zones and watches. However, today’s innovation is transforming our experience of time in unprecedented ways. Technology is evolving so quickly that the future is bleeding into the present. Not only that, but time itself has become a key part of how we innovate — because interactive experiences always play out over time, designers are becoming shapers of moments more than makers of things. This talk will explore our modern relationship with time, and how time can be leveraged as formal design element to create meaningful user experiences.
