Technology has transformed our lives, and we tend to embrace that…except for when it comes to food. But where would we be without the innovation that we tend to be afraid of?

This panel explores the complex relationship between food, technology and consumer trust. Robotics, vertical farming, biotechnology, 3-D printing and insect protein provide great benefits and new, disruptive models are on the horizon. How can companies and brands find a middle ground where consumers see the benefits and get more comfortable with how they were achieved?
