For instance, how streaming platforms such as Facebook Live and Periscope are changing the rules. They literally bring viewers into the kitchen's of home chefs and celebrity chefs alike. The culinary curious can interact with the content creators in an unprecedented way, making it the most accessible cooking format out there.
