Castro is an American pop/folk trio made up of siblings Jason, Michael, and Jackie Castro. Jason, the oldest, became a favorite of judges and viewers alike on season 7 of American Idol, where he placed fourth. Jason went on to record acclaimed projects, while Michael wowed the entire country when he auditioned for Idol the following season, charmed audiences, and began releasing his own EPs. Merging their own prior paths and successes, the members of Castro have collectively sold nearly three-quarters of a million albums; appeared on/in Ellen, Today, The Tonight Show, Rolling Stone, and USA Today; and have had their music featured on numerous film and TV outlets. Most recently, iHeart radio premiered their music video for "Automatic". With total video views of 14 million, they have developed and continue to grow significant brand platforms on YouTube from engaging vlogs and covers on their individual and band channels.
