Don Michael Jr is an artist from Camden, NJ with the perfect blend of a new school sound with that early 2000's level of wordplay and bars. Don is compared to, and influenced by a wide range of artist from Logic, Childish Gambino, and Euroz to Travis Scott, Kanye and Drake. The producer/songwriter/artist/engineer, mostly known behind the scenes for his ghost pen and ghost production, decided to step out from behind the scenes in 2014. He released his debut solo album Threeday, charting just inside the top 100 of iTunes Hip Hop charts. In the song "Kanye", Don raps about his comparisons to the rapping producer, and his history with Atlantic Records. Ironically enough, that got the attention of Atlantic Records VP of A&R Riggs Morales. Don is now currently working with, but not signed to the label. His newest project, The Man Behind the Curtain, has been released and is now seeing rave reviews. Don is sure to leave whatever venue he enters, with more fans than he came with.
