A celebration of the musical legacy of what was once Memphis' best-known secret—Big Star—performed by a collective featuring members of Big Star, the dB's, Let's Active, the Posies, R.E.M., Tosca Strings, Skylar Gudasz, Brett Harris, and more. This orchestrated concert, conducted by Austin's own Brent Baldwin, will feature the hauntingly beautiful acoustic side of the band, with selections from all three records but with a focus on songs from the Third.
