Since joining Smule at its inception in 2008, Turner has been devoted to establishing the company as a global leader in social music and the premier platform for artists to engage with their fans through music creation.

Most notably, he helped develop and currently manages Smule’s Artist Program, which has brought hundreds of acts onto Smule's platform to engage with the vibrant community of over 35 million monthly active music lovers and creators. Through working with established acts like Jessie J, Jason Derulo, Luke Bryan, Charlie Puth, and of course T-Pain, the content created during these promotions has gone viral on multiple occasions garnering hundreds of millions of video views across the web and even uncovering some incredibly talented "bedroom singers" along the way, a couple of which have minted their own record deals.

Recently the program has been expanding to focus internationally finding success with artists in Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Philippines and more to come.

In his time with the company, he has done everything from managing Smule's own social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to creating countless product videos for the Smule Youtube channel, to jamming with T-Pain and even trading lines with LeVar Burton in a video field trip for Reading Rainbow

Turner has a Masters Degree from Stanford University’s Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics and a Bachelors Degree in Music Engineering & Technology from the University of Miami, where he published a paper at NIME 2007 entitled “FrankenPipe: A Bagpipe MIDI Controller.”

DJ Felli Fel is one of the most influential DJs in the country having had a heavy hand in introducing most of the smash records of the past decade as well as producing a multitude of platinum records. He has quite literally been dubbed “The Record Maker and The Record Breaker.”

His production discography reads like a music industry bible having produced hits for many of today’s major artists including Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa and Tyga. Yet, he is a platinum recording artist in his own right with worldwide notoriety for his self produced hits such as “Get Buck in Here,” “Have Some Fun,” “Boomerang,” and recently “BlackOut” featuring The Americanos. Felli’s hits have featured mega artists such as Ne-Yo, Pitbull, Jermaine Dupri, Diddy, Lil Jon, Flo Rida, Ludacris, and Akon.

Felli travels the globe constantly, DJing in some of the hottest venues in the world from San Francisco to Asia, Australia, Canada, and beyond.

Felli holds down the Afternoon Drive on Los Angeles’s very own Power 106 everyday from 3pm-7pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays he’s busy breaking music on the world famous New at 2 Mix with Yesi Ortiz.
