Benjamin Males is the CEO of XO, a creative technology company based in London and San Francisco. XO’s mission is to build smart fashion products that allow consumers to connect apparel and accessories to places, spaces, people and things. Benjamin has founded a number of companies in the wearable technology space. Prior to XO Benjamin gained a first in mechanical engineering before graduating from the Royal College of Art. XO recently launched their fashion collection VFILES_XO at New York Fashion Week and are currently participating in the leading hardware incubator Highway 1 where they will scale their products into entertainment and music merchandise.

Kurt Dammermann is a Co-founder of PCH Lime Lab, a product development consultancy. Prior to founding Lime Lab, Kurt held senior roles at Apple, Design Within Reach, Astro Gaming and Coalesse. He has more that 22 years of design and industry experience. Kurt has lectured and taught design related classes at leading educational institutions such as Yale University, Stanford University and the California College of the Arts. Kurt and his family live in San Francisco.
