Women may make up the majority of online users, trendsetters, and consumers, but we have a long way to go to reach proportionate amounts in the field of technology. Hispanics are the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. population, and they represent a largely untapped source of technical talent. Women hold only 26% of technology positions and Latinas only 2%. An influx of Latinas into technical fields can help to inspire ingenuity, to accelerate productivity, and improve how people interact with technology.

This meetup will help build community and a sense of belonging, allowing us to leverage each other’s knowledge to continue to innovate and promote more Latinas in Tech!
