Born in New York City ,DAX (of MPIRE) has been baptized in hiphop since his beginning. A solo artist for many years Dax and fellow band mate Ark started the group "MPIRE" in 2012 and have been on a mission ever since. Having worked with hiphop elite Prodigy of Mobb deep, and DJ Paul of threesixmafia, the catalog of music they have released in the last 4 years is impressive and consistent. Having performed in Sxsw in years past, this year Dax returns as a solo artist on the heels of his latest solo release "PAY ME IN POWER".
