Austin native Tony Bergara, aka Lil T, blends intricate rhythms with Texas flavor to create a sound that is truly unique. Bergara pulls elements from real life experiences and applies them to his own brand of Austin Hip Hop.
Bergara began composing rhymes at a young age, and was a frequent emcee on “Boys Beat Box” where teens and young adults called into the local radio station to battle over beats. Bergara started recording his rhymes a few years after graduating high school, and released his first mixtape, Live From Austin, in 2009, with former high school classmate, Andrew Moreno with Trac Sounds. Bergara put out subsequent projects with Trac Sounds in 2011 and 2013 releasing mixtapes, Silver and Gold, respectively. Bergara released Gold’s follow-up, Platinum, in 2014.
