Neel is from Lubbock with a band based in Austin, TX. He formed the band after a string of solo performances in the fall of 2015. Within a month of playing together, they cut two songs that are expected to be released on a 45rpm vinyl in the spring of 2016. This will be their first year to play SXSW.
