El Otro Grupo is an indie noise pop proposal from Santa Marta, Colombia, formed in 2012.
The band released their first album "No Hay Señal single EP” in 2013, which includes the single 'No Hay Señal’ and that managed to enter programming of radio stations and important figurations in magazines, web portals and recommendations of influencers in the music of Colombia and abroad. ‘El Otro Grupo’ is the debut studio album by band, released in november 2014. It features the singles: ‘Reversa’ that peaked at Nº.1 del Top 25 Radiónica in February 2014 and ‘Balada Pop’ the Nº.83 position of the 100 best songs of Radiónica 2014; They have also been part of numerous compiled national and international as the Australian compiled: 'Music Alliance Pact'.
They have participated in major festivals such as the Festival Hermoso Ruido from 2013 to 2014 and the Festival Centro in 2014 in Bogotá.

And their presence is confirmed in the official poster of the FESTIVAL ESTÉREO PICNIC 2016 in Colombia, which will count with the participation of international artists such as Florence + The Machine, Snoop Dogg, The Flaming Lips, Alabama Shakes, Tame Impala, Albert Hammond Jr., Noel Gallagher High Flying Birds of, among others.
