Memories In Broken Glass [MIBG] is a progressive metal group originally based out of Alice, Texas. In 2010, MIBG relocated to San Antonio, TX from Alice, TX and has since established an active fan base in both the local regions (respectively) as well as in the neighboring city of Austin, TX. The group has supported countless national acts, including Between the Buried and Me, the Contortionist, TesseracT, After the Burial, Whitechapel and countless others. MIBG competed in the nation-wide 2013 Road to the Sphinx competition, to which they made top 15 of the 2,500 competing bands. The group has also won two Headbang for the Highway Battle of the Bands and have earned spots on the Austin, TX dates of Mayhem Festival 2013 which featured Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, Mastodon, and Machinehead, and the 2014 Summer Slaughter Tour with Morbid Angel, the Faceless and Thy Art is Murder.
