Los Angeles-based Autolux is an experimental rock trio consisting of Eugene Goreshter (vocals, bass), Carla Azar (drums, vocals) and Greg Edwards (guitars, vocals). The group’s first full-length album, 2003’s Future Perfect, was released to much critical acclaim, drawing comparisons to the deep, hypnotic grooves of Can/Zeppelin and the dissonance and feedback sensibilities of Sonic Youth. As the very first artist signed to producer Danger Mouse’s newly minted 30th Century Records label, Autolux will release Pussy's Dead on April 1st, the band's first record since 2010's Transit Transit and produced by rising star BOOTS (Beyonce, Run the Jewels).
