Many rewards have come for the hard working DJ. He was asked to produce a mix for Metro PCS called Metro Master Mix, which included exclusive remixes by J Rythm. World known leader in DJ gear, Numark, approached him to be a spokes- person for their new product, the Numark V7. Jagermeister followed suit and offered him a sponsorship deal.
All these accomplishments didn’t go unrecognized. At the 2010 Latin Mixx Awards in New York, he was presented with the 2010 West Coast Latin Mixx DJ of the Year award. “I’ve never won an award before,” J says, “I couldn’t believe it. It feels really good when you know your hard work is not going unnoticed.
2011, J Rythm, hit a landmark in his career landing the official remix for Maroon 5’s single Maps. Aviici’s Wake Me Up, Prince Royce’s hit song Corazon Sin Cara, launching him as a certified remixer/producer. Since then he’s remixed songs for Tito El Bambino, Nick Cannon, Akon, Gloria Estefan, and Juanes. Lexus later approached him to be apart of their remix compila- tion, The CT Remixes for their marketing initiative for the CT Hybrid along side Dave Aude and L.A. Riots
J Rythm, recently landed production credits on Oxygen’s Reality TV Show The Face, Sony Pictures 22 Jump Street, Interscope Records group Blind Scuba Divers, CSI: NY and on Summit Entertainments film and soundtrack Step Up 4: Revolution.
J Rythm’s mix series; Another Dirty Night has taken off into new directions. J Rythm now brings you Another Dirty Night Radio on DashRadio.com, an online radio station created by the world famous DJ Skee.
