Safari Gutta was born and raised in 7th ward New Orleans {BoscoVille}. Safari Gutta has been involved in the underground music scene since the 90s but being heavily involved in the streets Safari has suffered a string of misfortunes that consist of everything from being kidnapped, shot 8 times, and multiple incarcerations.

Safari Gutta is a gifted and extremely prolific lyricist that allows the listener to be mentally embedded in the music.
