Adam Bones and Rikki Styxx have united forces to generate a lethal concoction of high energy, heart pounding, catchy, good time rock ‘n’ roll. Inspired by garage and punk, Bones and Styxx are ready to introduce the Two Tens to planet Earth and beyond. Both Bones and Styxx have vast experience individually in numerous bands; they are no strangers to the stage. Europe, the West Coast and even playing Coachella, this duo knows how to get around.

Forming just in the spring of 2013, the band quickly wrote 12 songs and recorded them with producer Bruce Duff (Prima Donna, Streetwalkin’ Cheetahs) at Paul Roessler’s (Screamers) Kitten Robot studios in Los Angeles. Jim Diamond (White Stripes, Dirtbombs) mixed the recordings in Detroit. The recording have been released as a series of 3-song download-only EPs, Volume 1, Volume 2, and on February 10th (2/10), Volume 3. Each EP has an accompanying video released the same day, and debuted on Huffington Post (“Scene” from Vol 1), LABuzzbands (“Sweet as Pie” from Vol 2) and Grimy Goods (“Rush Out” from Vol 3). Volume 4 will follow shortly, and then all four EPs will be released on all formats, simply entitled Volume.

The Two Ten’s “Sweet As Pie” is quite possibly the most blissful two minutes you will spend all day, because hooky power-pop can do that and because the L.A. duo have shown they can get in and out of a song faster than it takes you to order your exotic soy latté.
