William Harries Graham is an Americana Indie musician and songwriter. His song "Curtains Wide" with his band the Painted Redstarts has been in rotation at KUTX since SXSW 2014. In Fall 2014 he made his way to the famous Rod Kennedy Stage for the Kerrville Fall Festival in September 2014, and hosted a panel called the "Future of Folk" at the Southwest Regional Folk Conference. He showcased this year and last year at the International Folk Alliance Conference. Many Sundays find William hosting a guitar pull at the Continental Club. William is also the lead singer for the band the Painted Redstarts. William played his first gig at the Austin Music Awards when he was 8 years old, the youngest person to ever perform at the Austin Music Awards, followed by a gig with Dan Zanes at Hogg Auditorium in 2006. In 2011 William became the youngest the presenter world wide to present at Pecha Kucha, presenting on environmental architecture.
In 2013 William founded the nonprofit, Music4Music, an official 501(c)3. Music4Music's motto is "Harmonizing the Silence." M4M's mission is to support communities and districts that are without music programs.
