Constance specializes in digital asset technologies (e.g., Bitcoin protocol). The heart of her work comprises navigating startups, financial institutions, and governments through evolving issues of first impression in the complex regulatory frameworks and legal regimes for financial technologies in the information age.

Currently, she serves on the boards of several digital asset companies and her company, Seven Advisory, supports startups and banks in global financial regulations, licensing and compliance, government advocacy, corporate restructuring, and strategic market development for digital assets.

She also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Kraken where, alongside an amazing team, she helped transform a software development startup into a globally respected financial institution. As one of the original founders at Kraken, she wore many hats as she navigated the company through its infancy to public launch, global expansion, and market leadership.
