This meetup provides a place for lesbians in tech to meet up and connect at SXSW. Oftentimes it's hard for women in the queer community to find one another, but when we do we know amazing things can happen, new jobs, new co-founders and new friends! This meetup gives lesbians, queer women and allies an opportunity to make that happen!

The meetup is hosted by Lesbians Who Tech (www.lesbianswhotech.org), the community for queer women in tech. With 17 chapters and over 6,000 members worldwide, Lesbians Who Tech is where queer women connect and build a network of friends, colleagues, investors and advisors in the industry.

2014 Highlights:

-6,000 Queer women worldwide
-1,400 Summit attendees in 2014
-Co-hosted White House LGBT Tech Summit
-Helped Megan Smith get recruited as the White House CTO
-Raised $50,000 for five nonprofits focused on women and LGBTQ communities
