Andrey is a practicing physician and social entrepreneur who leads Care at Hand's executive management and strategic vision. He has led teams at the World Health Organization, United States Senate, and San Francisco Health Department toward health system strengthening through technology. Andrey has contributed to legislation at the city and national level to advance care delivery for vulnerable populations. He is a published researcher in public health informatics.

Andrey holds a Medical Doctorate and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Psychology with Magna cum Laude honors and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Andrey is completing his pediatrics residency training in the Boston Combined Residency Program at Boston Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital and is a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School.

Stan Berkow is co-founder and CEO of Sense Health. He has spent the past seven years focused on health and behavior, working with patients in the emergency room, studying animal behavior in the Neuroscience Department at Bowdoin College, studying human behavior and coordinating clinical trials in the Department of Behavioral Medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center, and now building patient-centric health technologies with Sense Health. Stan graduated with honors in neuroscience from Bowdoin College in 2011. He is an avid distance runner who captained the track and cross country teams while at Bowdoin and is currently a New Balance sponsored member of the Central Park Track Club. Stan was a 2013 Fellow in the Startup Leadership Program in New York.
