Infinity Shred
Infifinity Shred is the point at which worlds collide; where skateboarding meets Carl Sagan's, "Cosmos,", where
hip-hop meets post-rock, and where people casually shred in Eames chairs. Based in New York City, the band was
originally founded as Starscream by Damon Hardjowirogo (synths), and George Stroud (drums) in 2007 when the
members met during their high school years. With the addition of Nathan Ritholz on guitar in 2011 the band
developed a more collaborative songwriting process while also exploring a greater variety of electronic synthesis.
In May 2012 Infinity Shred's self released, "EP 001 (Gnar Dream)," marked the offificial end of the era of Starscream,
which despite it's members remaining unchanged seemed to establish the band as an entirely new entity.
Spending the following year exploring their new sound even further, Infinity Shred completed their first full length
album, "Sanctuary," which will be released in September 2013 on Paracadute.
