San Diego native turned Kansas City transplant, JJ Soderling aka FSTZ has been rocking the turntables since age 17. His mixing skills have received worldwide attention; most notably from U.S. dubstep godfather Joe Nice, who had this to say “I remember the night vividly – Thanksgiving weekend, cold outside and there was a buzz in the air. FSTZ was power-mixing on all levels. One of the best performances I’ve seen all year from a DJ.”
His first dubstep release in 2008 on Bassism records entitled “Witness the Day / Troostwood Blues” received support from Plastician, Ntype, MRK-1 and Hatcha.
