We're now living in the collaboration economy where the values of shared ownership and open access to ideas are celebrated. Yet, how many major brands openly promote hacking into their products to make them better? Boing Boing and Ford partnered to invite creators, tinkerers and makers to play around with Ford's OpenXC platform to create "hacks" all in the name of Ingenuity. Hackers created art, music, and even some practical innovations, out of the data from the car. Come get a peek behind the scenes of an event where technology and culture collided and ingenuity-inspired content was the by-product.
