The Sentient Economy: Law & Policy for IoT
CLE. This session will explore the legal and policy implications of the Internet of Things. It will be a legal primer on dealing with everything we touch being connected to the Internet, logged, analyzed, and improved. The collapsing costs of networked sensors with machine-learning capability is transforming society much like the rise of computer networks. This talk will emphasize practical considerations in product development and deployment across many industries, and use cases as we discuss the rise of the smart(er) machine and its potential for humanity.
