Mansions on the Moon is the latest collaboration of the Los Angeles based trio, Lane Shaw, Ben Hazlegrove and Ted Wendler. Mansions on the Moon signature sound is a combination of harmonic, ethereal vocal arrangements and electro-pop production with a foundation of live drums, guitars and melodic keys.

MOTM has collaborated with heavy hitters of various genres including Pharrell WIlliams of N.E.R.D, Diplo, and Mac Miller. The band has merged their studio wizardry with live jams to create a multi-layered "chillwave" sound. They recently released their debut EP “Light Years”. In what is certain to be a breakout year for Mansions, the band is an official selection to perform at 2012 edition of SXSW in Austin, TX.
