Mentor Sessions provide an opportunity to receive more personalized input than a larger panel can offer. Sign-up begins half an hour before the mentor session. Sessions are scheduled in ten-minute increments. You can only sign up for sessions on the day that they are held.

David Rath has been at Roadrunner Records for over a decade and as SR VP of A&R for the past three years. In addition to overseeing the responsibilities of the entire A&R staff, David is Direct A&R for Megadeth, DragonForce, The Parlor Mob, Ratt, Taking Dawn and Roadrunner Comedy. The Roadrunner Records roster includes the biggest names in Hard Rock and Heavy Metal, encompassing everything from Slipknot to Nickelback.
Jay Yuenger, the former guitarist of the highly influential multi-platinum selling 90s band White Zombie, is currently a record producer in New Orleans.

Justin Gressley has been working at Domino Records for the past year as a project manager working campaigns for acts such as Real Estate, Blood Orange, Black Dice, Patrick Watson and Hot Chip. Prior to working at Domino, he spent the past ten years working at AAM - Advanced Alternative Media building the radio promotion department and assisting in the artist and producer management departments. He has been a music fan his whole life.
In June of 2009, Keith Hagan and Steve Karas announced the opening of their new company: SKH Music – a music publicity and management firm. Karas and Hagan have logged over 20 years each as respected PR executives in the recording industry. The mission statement of SKH is simple – super-serve a reasonable number of clients with a creative forward-thinking strategy. Upon opening, a respected roster immediately took shape with a very diverse list of clients and over the past two years, a respected array of talent from the world of rock, country, blues, and pop have enlisted the companies services.
Promoting bands in his native Manchester at the height of 'Madchester', Paul relocated to London to work with the legendary Bron Agency as a booking agent in 1991. After two years, Paul joined the world of producer management.
A whirlwind eight years followed with hits from acts as diverse as various Bad Boy artists including Puffy and Black Rob, Tool, The Stone Roses and Radiohead. In 2001, Paul's company was taken over by Worlds End and he travelled to the US to run their New York office.
In 2003, Paul Moved to Magus Entertainment to add a producer management element to their existing business. Whilst at Magus, Paul was also part of the management team for Duran Duran, Daniel Bedingfield and Diane Birch.
2012 sees a new challenge as Paul establishes Bang The Drum where he guides the careers of record producers Ben. H. Allen, Jimmy Douglass, Brian Malouf and Dave Tozer as well as artists High Rise and Holy Smokes.
Paul remains in New York where he is also co-chair of the Education Committee for the New York chapter of the Recording Academy.
When not watching/listening/talking about music, Paul spends the rest of his time as a professional supporter of Premier League Champions Manchester United.
paper boat music is a boutique management firm out of austin texas founded in 2007. owner/manager susan funderburk is a 20-year entertainment industry veteran. her career path has been a long and winding road including stints at warner brothers television on the hit series "growing pains" with kirk cameron and alan thicke and at merv griffin enterprises as part of the "wheel of fortune" production staff. susan entered the music business in the early nineties as a manager at larrabee sound studios in hollywood working with such high profile clients as michael jackson, cheap trick,tool, prince, snoop dogg, dr. dre and madonna. shortly thereafter she was noticed by an a&r director at polydor records and was hired as part of the a&r team that took the band tonic to platinum sales and released elton john's "candle in the wind," a tribute to the late diana princess of wales. the single was polydor/a&m associated labels third largest single of all time. after a company merger she spent the next two years at polygram music publishing and was then hired by andrew brightman management in los angeles before returning to her home state of texas.
Presently, Susan is Director of Warner Bros Television Music Department in Burbank, CA music supervising on shows like "The Middle" "The Mentalist" "Are you There, Chelsea" and many more.
TIM KOLLETH has been the Director of Radio Promotion for Alligator Records since 1995. He has been nominated as Independent Label Promotion Person of the Year and he led Alligator to a nomination as Independent AAA Label of the Year awarded by Radio & Records. Tim also taught Record Promotion at Chicago's Columbia College.
