MODERATOR Laura Whitmore Pres Mad Sun Marketing

Laura B. Whitmore is a singer/songwriter and guitarist based in the San Francisco bay area. A veteran music industry marketer, she has spent over two decades doing marketing, PR and artist relations for several guitar-related brands including Marshall and VOX. Her company, Mad Sun Marketing, represents 65amps, Agile Partners, Guitar World and many more. Laura writes a column for Guitar World that focuses on female guitarists and was instrumental in the launch and continued marketing of the Guitar World Lick of the Day app. She is the co-producer of the new TV series, "Sound vs. Sound."

Laura has been writing, recording and performing for several decades and is strongly influence by great songwriters across several generations, including Carole King, Carly Simon, Shawn Colvin, Glen Phillips and many more. He started in web development but has been concentrating on iOS apps for the past several years. As a Principal at Agile Partners, Scott has been involved with many iOS apps for musicians, including GuitarToolkit, TabToolkit, AmpKit, and Guitar World Lick of the Day.

Brad Tolinski Editorial Dir Guitar World Magazine/Future US Inc

Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Brad Tolinski played guitar and electric violin in numerous Motor City bands. In the mid-Eighties he moved to New York City and became the Managing Editor of the groundbreaking magazine Music, Computers & Software.
In 1989 he joined the staff of Guitar World and shortly thereafter became Editor-In-Chief, a position he has held ever since. He currently serves as Editorial Director of Future US’s music division, which includes Guitar World, Revolver, and Guitar Aficionado.
Tolinski has written two limited edition art books for Genesis Publications in England, Classic Hendrix: The Ultimate Hendrix Experience and The Faces: 1969-75. His Light & Shade: Conversations with Jimmy Page will be published by Crown later this year.
Recently, Tolinski and Agile Partners collaborated on the highly successful Guitar World Lick of the Day, an app that has been downloaded by over 1 million guitarists.
