Playlisting for Profit
Music playlists have the potential to do for your music what being on the New York Times Bestseller List does for books. Spotify, Rdio, Rhapsody, iTunes Genius, and Google Instant Mix make it clear that playlisting is the next big thing in music discovery. Even if you aren't going to solve the algorithmic puzzle for automated playlist creation, you can use playlists to effectively market your music or brand to more fans through more services. Hear from playlisting services and artists who have successfully used playlists to market their music.
