Stephen Oskoui is an innovator in the Internet advertising industry who founded Smiley Media and bootstrapped the company to $40 million in annual revenue without raising a dime from investors. He built some of the most viral sites in Internet history, and also created a global team that is headquartered in Austin, but spread across more than 20 countries. He mentors entrepreneurs as part of Austin's Capital Factory program, and likes scalable products and ideas that change the world.

Oskoui is also the founder and executive director of Endorse Liberty, which supports political candidates who pledge to defend individual liberty and uphold the Constitution. Oskoui co-founded Endorse Liberty in December 2011 and it quickly became one of the largest PACs in the country. Endorse Liberty is the largest super PAC supporting Ron Paul, and it has been recognized for its pioneering use of Internet marketing.
