Dwayne Spradlin Pres & Chief Exec Innocentive

Dwayne Spradlin serves as President & CEO of InnoCentive, the pioneer in open innovation and crowdsourcing. Previously he has served as President of Hoovers Online, President and COO of StarCite Inc., Senior Vice President at VerticalNet Inc., and Director at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he spent ten years delivering technology and strategy solutions to Fortune 500 clients. He is frequently interviewed and has been featured on CNBC, ABC, NPR, and BBC and quoted in the Economist, BusinessWeek, The New York Times, and many other journals and periodicals. In April 2011, Dwayne and co-founder of InnoCentive Alph Bingham co-authored the groundbreaking book, The Open Innovation Marketplace, published by FT Press. Dwayne holds a BA in Applied Mathematics as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago. He lives in Southlake, TX with his wife and three children.

Jack Hughes Chairman & Founder TopCoder Inc

Jack Hughes is founder and chairman of TopCoder, Inc., and is a pioneer and expert in the field of open innovation and its application to the discipline of software development. He is an authority on competitive collaboration in transparent enterprise systems amongst global virtual communities.
Founded in 2001, TopCoder's mission has been to create mechanisms for learning, skills mastery and opportunity through online social and professional community.
Central to the TopCoder model is a large community of highly skilled digitally creative individuals who embrace transparent competition and collaboration.
TopCoder's innovative management processes and culture have been the subject of recent studies and research by Harvard Business School, MIT and London Business School among others. Hughes holds and is co-author of a number of patents relating to software development methodology.
Hughes is a serial entrepreneur in the field of software development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Boston College. He has been a board member of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation since 2001 and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
