I help my clients take life & career from good to great to Extraordinary in less than three years. “Extraordinary” means recapturing the Big Dreams they had as kids, making it work in the "real world" so that life is passionate and rewarding (materially, spiritually, emotionally). We focus on mission, leadership, courage, productivity, spirituality, conflict, and relationships.

My ideal client is 40 - 45, successful, innovative, but perhaps starting to burn out on achieving old dreams. Perhaps they are ready for their next professional step. Perhaps they’re overwhelmed by daily BS and want to feel alive again, like they are making a difference. Perhaps they want to develop a more authentic vision of their masculinity or femininity and show up differently in their marriage or career.
