Established in the year 2000, Perfume is the top Techno-Pop girl trio and one of the most influential girls group in Japan.
Formed by three girls from same dance/acting school, the group is well known for their futuristic concept and their creative performance.
The group made their major debut in 2005. The breakthrough came with their monster hit single “Polyrhythm” in 2007. This song took techno pop music and culture to the mainstream. Perfume instantly became the top pop icon in Japan.
They went on their first national tour in 2008, conquering the top venue in Japan, Tokyo Dome, with a SOLD OUT show by the year 2010. In 2012, they hosted an internationally acclaimed award show “MTV VMAJ 2012 (MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2012)” and won 2 awards.

With all 4 shows completely SOLD OUT and “Perfume Global Compilation “LOVE THE WORLD”” being released worldwide (physical releases in Asian countries and iTunes worldwide), they have proven their popularity goes beyond Japan.
In July. 2013, Perfume went on “Perfume WORLD TOUR 2nd” visiting Germany, France and the UK. Tickets for all 3 shows SOLD OUT instantly.
On Oct. 2013, Perfume released their first Universal album “LEVEL3”, scoring their 5th consecutive No.1 album on Oricon Weekly album chart which is a record set by a female group in Japan! This album came in Top 10 on iTunes Electronic ALBUM chart in 19 regions including the US. (No.1 in 4 regions)
“Perfume WORLD TOUR 3rd” also followed in 2014 where Perfume finally visited the USA to perform for the first time. SOLD OUT NY show was a huge success! To prepare for their first US dates, “Spending all my time” was remixed by famous Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike brother DJs and “LEVEL3” was re-released adding the remix as bonus tracks.
