David McCauley

Dr. David McCauley is a specialist in environment and climate policy and financing in sustainable development. He was previously Senior Vice President at World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and before that was Head of climate programs at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila. Based in Washington, DC, David has lived and worked in the Asia-Pacific region for much of his career, holding among others positions with the US Agency for International Development, UN Development Program and Ford Foundation. In addition, he has had appointments with academic institutions including Harvard University, the East-West Center, University of Indonesia and Gadja Mada University, and Peradeniya University in Sri Lanka.
