Erin Rodgers

Erin Rodgers is currently a partner with Rodgers Selvera PLLC. A native Houstonian, she obtained her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007 after earning her Bachelor's of Music in Music Business from Loyola University New Orleans. Her areas of practice include entertainment, nonprofits, intellectual property, and corporate matters. She has extensive professional speaking experience, and taught university-level IP and business courses for over ten years before becoming co-director of the U of H Law Center Entertainment Law Clinic. She also collaborates with Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts to create educational programming for artists and arts organizations.

In addition to practicing law, Erin is a classically trained clarinetist, and also plays the piano, accordion, and guitar. Erin has performed as a vocalist with Dave Brubeck and the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, and currently performs with Houston bands The Wheel Workers, National Pleasure, and Houston’s Accordion Super Stars, among others. She was recently designated as a Core Artist with Catastrophic Theatre for her work as a composer, arranger, and musician.
