Jared Kuhn

Jared Kuhn is a real estate executive with extensive experience in large-scale development across multifamily, senior living, office, and hospitality sectors. At ICON, he leads developer partnerships and projects in the private sector. Previously, Jared was Executive Vice President at Ryan Companies, overseeing multifamily projects like ATX Tower in Austin. He has also worked at Hines, Soave Enterprises, and Titan Development. Jared holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and Urban Land Institute. At ICON, he drives the delivery of affordable, high-quality homes using advanced construction technologies.
