Amy Monzón

Amy Monzon is a seasoned music industry professional born and raised in Los Angeles, California. With a diverse background spanning multiple sectors of the music business, Amy has built a well-rounded career rooted in both creativity and strategy.

A graduate of Santa Clara University with a degree in Business Management and Communications, Amy began her professional journey at William Morris Endeavor, working in the music touring department. From there, she expanded her expertise into A&R, artist management, and music publishing, ultimately relocating to Miami to gain hands-on experience in the Latin music industry at the label level.

Now back in her hometown of Los Angeles, Amy serves as Senior Label Manager at Prajin Parlay, where she manages Double P Records artists, including Santa Fe Klan and Jasiel Nuñez.

Throughout her career, Amy has remained passionate about empowering women and Latinos in the music industry, using her extensive experience to mentor the next generation and pave the way for a more inclusive and innovative future.
