Lucas Puente

Lucas Puente is the Vice President of Research at Salesforce, leading global research and insights focused on how the world of work is evolving. Lucas and his team work to understand how Slack users perceive and interact with the Slack product, as well as the experiences that Slack employees have at work. Lucas also leads Workforce Lab, which studies how to make work better for people, including how AI agents can drive greater productivity and employee experience. Prior to Slack, Lucas served as the head of economic and policy research for Thumbtack. He holds a PhD in Political Science and MA in Economics from Stanford University.
